• Limit future vape/hemp/tobacco retail stores to specific zoning districts, B-4 (Highway Business) and M-1 (Industrial);
• Prohibit stores from being within 1,000 feet of a church, school, library, child-care center or public park; 500 feet of an existing home or residential-zoned property; or 1,000 feet of an established tobacco/vape/hemp store or one that has been permitted;
• Restrict items including but not limited to Kratom, Cannabidiol (CBD), Delta-8, Delta-10 and similar non-tobacco products to 25 % of a store’s gross sales;
• Require shops to adhere to all federal, state and local laws or rules regarding advertisements, age restrictions and legality of products sold.
